How can I make a return?
Online Purchase
We offer a free returns process with some exceptions. Simply follow the steps below on how to return your item(s):
1. Pack – Please complete your return form and ensure it is securely packed along with your item(s) in the original packaging, if available. Stick your free returns label that was included with your purchase onto the parcel. The returns label can be created here or, alternatively, you may visit a Post Office where this can be printed using your QR code. Additionally, you have the option to receive a copy of QR code via email. 2. Drop off – Drop off your return parcel to the same delivery service that delivered your product, being the nearest FedEx if you are in the United States, or DHL if you are in the EU or elsewhere. Please make sure to keep the proof of postage and your return tracking information so we can verify your details. Please ensure that your items are returned to Made For Alice within the returns period set out below. 3. Receive your refund - Once we have received and validated your returned item(s), we will process it in our system and send you a notification email. Please be advised that the completion of any refund may take up to 14 days from the date of notification email sent.
General information on refunds for items purchased from the Made For Alice website. If you are exchanging item(s), please only return the item(s) and the box that your item(s) was delivered in.
All products must be returned in unworn, saleable condition and with a valid receipt. To return product(s) purchased using a promotional offer, you may need to return any item gifted to you as part of the promotion, or (if part of a multi-buy offer) the other items purchased in the multi-buy. Refunds are to the original payment method.
Made For Alice will refund you the full price you paid for the Product. When you exercise your statutory right to cancel, Made For Alice will also refund the delivery costs you paid, although the maximum refunded will be the cost of the standard delivery service regardless of whether you have paid more for delivery. Where a return or exchange is made under our enhanced 30-day cancellation policy, Made For Alice will not refund any delivery costs.

How can I make an exchange?
Online Exchanges
We can only process an exchange for the same product in a different size.Size exchanges can be done within 30 days of purchase for full priced items or 14 days of purchase for sale items. If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different product or a different style of the same product, you will need to follow our returns Process and make a new purchase.
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please contact our customer care team on contact us section, and they will be happy to assist you with this process. ● You will need your order number to hand along with the item number of the product that you would like to swap for a different size.
● Our team will organise the exchange for you on our system and will kindly ask that you send back the item you wish to exchange, to our warehouse using the prepaid returns label that you received with your order.
● We ask that you send this back to us within 14 days of contacting us in order for us to be able to send your exchanged item to you.
How long will it take for my account to be credited after I’ve made a return?
The return process may take up to 14 days but our aim is to process it within 7 days upon receiving it at our warehouse. You will then receive a notification from us via email when we have received and validated your returned item(s).
Are returns free of charge?
We offer free returns. You will find instructions on how to create your free return label in your parcel or you can find out more here.

How will I know that Made For Alice has received my return?
As soon as we receive your return at our warehouse you will receive a notification via email, once the return has been processed you will receive another notification about your refund via email. Please note that the returns process may take up to 14 days but our aim is to process it within 7 days upon receiving it at our warehouse.
